The Courtyard Residences at CityPlace : Influenced by the traditional mediterranean style of Palm Beach, this project features a blend of masonry, stucco finishes and keystone ornamentation with barrel tile roofs, balconies, shutters and ornamental railings. There are 586 apartment units over retail shops and urban townhouses. Units range from 766 s.f to 1,299 s.f. in eight different floor plans. Residences are spread out between three buildings, each separated by a private garden courtyard. Located in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.

South Tower at CityPlace : Residential tower influenced by classical mediterranean and modernist styles in a combination 8 story and 20 story building with 420 apartments in 14 different designs ranging from 982 s.f. to 2,000 s.f. with 9,000 s.f. of retail space at ground floor and amenities on the 9th floor. It also features an attached 8 level garage with pool deck. Located in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida.

Lauderdale One : Urban infill project inspired by modernist and art deco styles; designed around two interior courtyards. Each building consists of 6 floors, providing a total of 174 apartments. The units include one, two or three bedrooms, and range from 750 s.f. to 1,600 s.f. Located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

The Moorings at Lantana : A mixed use project for the Related Group consisting of 357 apartments, 21 townhouses, an 81 boat slip marina, ground floor retail, two restaurants and a seven level parking garage. The project includes three primary buildings at seven, six and four stories, two large pool terraces and waterfront promenade. Located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Lantana, Florida.

The Moorings at Lantana

Sheridan Station : A mixed use Transit Oriented Development (TOD) adjacent to a Tri-Rail station. The Sheridan Station project is a 40+ acre site that includes 300,000 s.f. of retail, 245,000 s.f. of office space, a 150-room hotel, 1,050 residential units and over 2,500 parking spaces. Sheridan Station is South Florida’s first TOD to receive final municipal approval — and one of just six projects statewide selected for the United States Green Building Council’s LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) pilot program. Our firm is the lead architectural firm for the project and is also responsible for the design development of 450 apartments in two separate mid-rise buildings, each with attached garages. One building is a combination of 10, 8 and 7 stories, and the other is 9 stories.
